Nice place, friendly workers ,has gym ,pool and safety zone , its nice to stay in this place...love the experience and would love to recommend.

One of Avida's best condos, in terms of safety 10/10. Rest assured that you will feel safe and secure. The administration and security are very tight, but thats for the safety of the residents. we do not wish our condo na maluwag in terms of security and regulation. Well maintained building and very nice amenities. :)

IF you ever stayed here, you know they (Management) have ridiculous rules that i think may violate a person's right. They imply fines which i don't think it's right/legal and not included in Contract of sale when you first bought the unit. Those 5 stars reviews were most likely from property agents OR their own management staffs...pool? really? check again..it's been like Sahara Desert since 2022. Now you know why rental never increase here and buildings around them are sky rocketing I would HIGHLY recommend to look for other options (tenant or invest) around this area to save your stress. UNLESS you love the idea of living in the prison. #NeverBuyAvidaAgian

im tenant I just moved in almost 2 months but your building has too many problems. Why are you fined 10,000 for the first violation, why not a warning. You also know that each room will not be fixed, someone will move in and someone will move out. Why can't you improve your service, where is the building's regulation? How do we know where newcomers are moving in? There is not even a picture requirement. How do you take care of your customers? Why come to check 4 times in only 15 days, isn't this too frequent? At least you have to post pictures of the building regulations in the lobby, or remind newcomers to move in. But you didn't do anything, just came to check, and then said that there was a foul, and you have to pay, and there is still 10,000 for the first time, which is too much. Hope you will change these services.

Its good, tower 2 was secured though the elevators are small in capacity. Hallways are to tight also and unit cuts are small too.

Been here in Philippine more than 3 years, this is worst condo I’ve stay, very weird strict rule policy , some security guard are in bad manners , the elevator system are pretty bad as well that have to wait like half hour from 21 floor to g floor in busy time. paying monthly due to those management for guarding me like I’m prisoner, u have no privacy here, something like living in jail, highly not recommended.

Is this a condo or a company? Implemented rules are way too strict for a bad reason, as if they want to charge you all the time you make a move , It's like your a prisoner here, smoke detector will alarm everytime you cook at the unit... Dont be a tenant here, you will regret it. This is the worst condo I've ever seen...not recommended at all.

One of the best condo here in Makati, It has a nice safe pool and when I visited my aunt here the staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Very nice place to rent, specially for people working in the CBD. Great location, good amenities, well maintained, kind and professional employees. Lots of food around and the tenants are professionals. They are very careful around covid, which is good! I strongly recommend!
